Avocado Salmon Hors d'oeuvres







1 avocado, very ripe
1 (7 3/4 ounce can) salmon, drained and skin removed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons onion, grated
4 drops liquid pepper sauce
salt to taste

Mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Place in a small bowl and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
