Oriental Dip
1 c. real mayonnaise
8 oz. dairy sour cream
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
3 T. chopped crystallized ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. soy sauce
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 8 hrs. Serve as dip with fresh vegetables or rippled potato chips.
