Hot Chicken Dip
1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers chopped (use additional peppers if you like it hotter)
1 large can of chicken meat
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
In a large ovenproof bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 F degrees for 30-45 minutes. Put the cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted. Serve with additional tortilla chips as a dip or can be put on flour tortillas and wrapped.
