Bleu Cheese Ball.





 

12 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. Bleu cheese
6 oz. processed cheddar cheese
2 T. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ground pecans, divided
1/2 c. dried parsley, divided

Combine cheeses, onion and sauce.
mix well.
Stir in the pecans and parsley.
Shape into ball and chill overnight.

Roll in remaining pecans and parsley.
Chill before serving.
