Jalapeno Cheese Spread
1 large onion, cut in wedges
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
crackers or toast rounds.
In food processor, finely chop pepper and onion, remove and set aside. Process
mayonnaise and cheese until smooth. Add garlic and jalepeno mixture, process
until evenly mixed. Chill and serve with crackers. This can also be made with
reduced calorie mayonnaise and will keep for weeks in refrigerator.
