Whipped Feta and Pesto Dip for Crudites
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon prepared pesto
In food processor or blender, place all ingredients except pesto.
Process until almost smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Stir in pesto.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with raw vegetables.
