Seafood Mold





3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 c. minced celery
1 c. minced green pepper
2 c. small cooked shrimp (Or 2 cans crab or tuna, well drained)
3 T. finely chopped green onion
2 T. horseradish

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cheese, soup, mayonnaise and blend well.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into large mold.

After turning out of mold, decorate with sliced olives if desired. Serve as a
spread with assorted crackers, or serve slices on lettuce for salad. May also
be stirred after chilling and used as a dip.
