2 c. stiff mashed potatoes
2 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Mix all the ingredients together except cornflakes. Roll in 1 inch balls; roll these in the crushed cornflakes. Place on greased baking sheets; bake at 350F. for 25 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
