Annette's Cheese Things
1 pint creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1 lb. bacon
1 loaf sliced bread (like Pepperidge Farm white)
Slice bread in half; trim the crust. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin; spread with cottage cheese.
Roll up like a jelly roll, and wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon. Can use toothpicks to keep shape.
Place "seam" side down, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
