14 oz. can artichoke hearts in water
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
dash garlic powder

Drain hearts and place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Place in
small casserole dish, bake at 350F until bubbly and mixture begins to brown.
Serve warm with crackers.
