3 sm. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 12/ c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. nutmeg

Thaw the spinach, drain and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Do not cook.
Combine all ingredients, chill until needed.
Serve with large Fritos.
