Russian Zasuska
1 head cauliflower -- cut up/blanched
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tblspoon mustard
sour cream
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 t fresh parsely
Grate eggs and gently combine with remaining ingredients. Chill and
serve as dip for Cauliflower.
