3 lime wedges
5-6 mint leaves
a sliver of ginger or ½ teaspoon of minced ginger
apple juice
ginger beer

Muddle lime, mint and ginger in a highball glass.
Fill with ice and top with equal amounts apple juice and ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
