20 mint leaves
60ml rose & honey water*
45ml lime juice
300ml Schweppes Agrum


Take the mint in the palm of your hand, slap it and put in a jug.
Add rose and honey water, lime juice and softly press the mint with a spoon to release flavour.
Fill 2/3 of the jug with ice cubes then add Schweppes Agrum and stir until jug starts to frost.
Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with a mint sprig.

* To make rose & honey water: combine ½ cup of honey with ½ cup of boiling water and 1½ teaspoons of rose water. Stir until the honey has totally dissolved and allow to cool.
