St. Vincent Hot Buttered Rum
ingredients
15 ml Brown Sugar
small Lemon Peel
cloves
cinnamon stick
6 cl Dark Rum
3 cl Creme de Cacao
pat Butter
ground Nutmeg

Put brown sugar into a warmed, heat-proof mug with peel studded with cloves and cinnamon stick.
Pour in a little boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add rum, creme de Cacao, and fill with boiling water. Stir and top with butter and grated nutmeg.
