35ml Martel VS Cognac
20ml Mango Puree
15ml Palm Sugar Syrup
15ml Passionfruit Puree
Handful of Mint leaves

Shake with ice, and then fine strain into rocks glass which is filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
