10 ounce package frozen spinach
1 package (7-1/2 ounces) Farmer Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced scallions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix in food processor or blender with Farmer Cheese. Add mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until well blended. Chill until ready
