Salsa de Tomatillo
1 small onion chopped
1 cup cilantro - chopped
3 jalapenos - minced
1 can chopped green chiles
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups liquid - water or tomatillo liquid
1. Drain tomatillos. Reserve liquid.
2. Place in food processor or blender. Blend.
3. Add onion, cilantro and jalapeno and blend.
4. Add liquid and salt/pepper.
5. Refrigerate
