CRANBERRY HORSERADISH SAUCE





1 c. cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Coarsely chop cranberries in processor with quick on-off action.
Combine with sugar, horseradish, and mustard.
Refrigerate in tightly covered
container 24 hours to blend flavors.
Serve with ham, roast pork, or beef.
