Honey sauce
12 shelled walnut halves
3/4 cup mild, liquid honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1-2 tablespoons boiling water
Pound the walnuts finely using a mortar and pestle, or chop in a foodprocessor.
Mix the honey and mustard in a small bowl.
Add the water and then the walnuts.
Stir well
